Is CNEDD Governed?
CNEDD
is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of private citizens, public
agencies, and elected officials who represent various economic interests.
Each of the 15 counties located in the CNEDD service area have a representative
on the Board of Directors who is appointed by their respective county board.
In addition to the 15 county representatives, a public service representative,
and a private citizen representative make up the 17-member Board of Directors.
